Fun and unique; great service too

We stopped here after a day hike on the PCT. We enjoyed sauteed mushrooms with garlic on bruschetta, a beer, and a glass of Chardonnay. Our server was prompt and polite. The mushroom bruschetta was a generous portion and very good. The beer and wine was reasonably priced and there is a good... read more

We stopped for lunch, everything is home made and local if possible. We didn't expect to find anything to eat way up in the mountains let alone quaint restaurant and lodge. I had the 66 burger and my friend had the hot pastrami both dishes a 10

We stayed at the cabins there and really enjoyed our stay. The experience of the restaurant (once for dinner, once for lunch) was less positive. It was always packed, the food was OK but you had to struggle to get a table and then to get the attention of the staff. Was quite stressful while we came to the woods... More

Decided to have dinner here tonight while we are in Ashland for a conference - it was a great choice. This is a very friendly place - great food, good service. Lots of locals, lodge guests and Pacific Crest Trail hikers. It would be great to be up here in the summer and eat outside on the patio - too... More

My husband and I loved our 2 nights in the Chinquapin cabin! The view from the deck was gorgeous, the beds comfortable and loved the mountain vibe. The restaurant was a fine surprise and had the best hash browns I have ever had! Much better tha downtown Ashland!!!

This is a general review of my several meals at Green Springs. I had several breakfasts, lunches, and two dinners. The menu was creative ,very tasty , and fresh. I loved the very friendly casual nature of the staff and other diners in the restaurant. There is a warm , homey feel to eating here, as if someone just called... More

My husband and I decided to escape the heat and headed up The Greensprings in Ashland. Our desire was to have a nice relaxing lunch and that's exactly what we got! We had a tri-tip sandwich that was to die for! It was slow roasted and fell apart in our mouths. Coupled with an outstanding green salad that included red... More

This is my second visit to Green Springs, and I am so happy here I have to tell you. We are staying in Chinquapin, a lovely, well appointed, comfy, cabin. The entire resort of about 10 cabins is off Oregon 66, about 15 miles out of Ashland. Each cabin is separated from the other by distance and trees. The environment... More

My husband and I went to the Green Springs Inn restaurant on our last night of camping at Howard Prairie campground. We had a fabulous meal - and it was so hard to decide because there were many tempting choices on the menu. He settled for seafood pasta (prawns, scallops) and I had a wonderful salmon pasta, in a sherry... More
