My husband enjoys a very special extra dry skim cappuccino and enjoys challenging baristas to decorate the foam with art. Cafe 116 does a lovely job--this time a spider web. They also do fine lattes.

Intentionally came here cause I know they serve locally grown coffee.. A little pricey, obviously cause they're in downtown Ashland.. Ordered an iced mocha on a sun shiny Spring day and it tasted good! And I might come back to try their other drinks! They don't have tons of choices though..

Sweet lil relaxed place, featuring housemade and locally made yumminess including coffee from Griffin Creek Coffee Roasters. Friendly staff. Good service. Solid.

Off the tourist routes...thank goodness! Yet very close to OSF and shopping. A small place frequented by locals. Love the fairly priced quiche! It's also quieter than many coffee shops in town. There's a big parking lot across the street. During peak hours the lot can be often full. It's a three hour lot if you want to shop.

A local Mexican restauranteur offered us the tip to go here since we weren't up for Mexican. It's a small little shop that does a small offering of lunch items. We had two different soups, each was quite tasty with nice spices.

When traveling, I love to eat like a local. Folks around town led me to this quaint little cafe where the cappuccinos are tasty and the environment has a good home feel to it. The staff here is very friendly and good with directions and local advice. Great place to start your day off in Ashland!

We had a quick lunch on a Wednesday; only six customers in the place, but it's small. The green salad was crunchy and fresh, the curry soup spicy and tasty. My partner enjoyed his eggplant parmigiana (reheated pie-shaped section). Total cost under $16. Order and pay at the counter; fetch your food when called; get your own utensils, napkins and... More

My husband and I stumbled across this little cafe one morning and couldn't have been happier. The most amazing breakfast food! With all house made food, we were sure we wouldn't be disappointed, and we were right. The quaint, small feel of the cafe is lovely and the staff are down to earth and happy to please. I will be... Delicious Blue Bottle coffee from San Francisco, with well trained baristas. The egg sandwich on bagel is the perfect start for a satisfying day. Easy location.....my first choice for coffee!

Cafe 116 combines premium coffee and espresso drinks with fresh and healthy food. Unique for our upstairs kitchen, Cafe 116 makes and bakes all of our breakfast, lunch and pastries items. From traditional French croissants to inspiring soups and quiches, our cafe gives you that place to go for an excellent cappuccino and a delightful healthy meal.

We use Blue Bottle Coffee Company's beans from Oakland, California, where organic coffee is roasted in small batches and shipped to us that same day. Cafe 116 is the first coffee shop in Oregon to proudly serve their coffee.

Cafe 116 was opened in 2011 by owner Joachim Wald with high hopes to create a vibrant breakfast and lunch cafe in a contemporary setting. Originally from Germany, Joachim spent much of his time in large European cities and brings a bit of their much beloved styles to his cafe.

This cafe is perfect for many occasions, a quick bite to eat, sit down with friends or family for breakfast or lunch, a quick latte to go, a coffee business meeting, studying for a test in the calm environment or simply to hang out with your favorite scone or coffee. So come on by and have a cup of coffee with us.
