We stopped in during a downpour to get something warm for lunch. We ordered two bowls of soup, but the thoughtful waiter told us we needed only one. Was he ever right!

We love dining in or getting take out of their great sushi options. They have a large menu that everyone in the family can find what suits them. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is a favorite spot to bring out of town friends as well as our family.

Visited Taroko with my wife and son. Did not know anything about the restaurant before we entered. The people were very nice and welcoming. My son and I had sushi and my wife had the Mongolian beef. The sushi was very good and reasonably priced. A roll came with eight pieces. I would recommend it to anybody.

I really like the sushi here - fresh, tasty, diverse. But I have no found their non-sushi dishes to be as good. The Pad Thai is edible but very tomato influenced. Other dishes were okay but nothing to write about. The service was friendly and decent. The location is the excellent, and it's worth a try.

nice, good sushi & sashimi -- a pleasant physical set up and atmosphere. the food was good - some creativity but not overload. good stand by rolls - quality sushi -- don't live in Ashland but will return when I return to Ashland.

Calamari was too salty, but everything else was very good. We tried two different rolls, sashimi and Indonesian corn fritters. Cocktails were interesting and well made.

Great food, quick, friendly service with some amazing twists on the usual fare. Try the Avocado Bomb appetizer or the muscles. You won't be disappointed here.

Restaurant is almost below the Theater so it is convenient. Food was very good although another server "stole" our order and we had to wait a long time to be served. Didn't have tickets that night so it was ok but our server was embarrassed.

Enjoyed a light, but fresh sampling of 3 rolls here before an evening OSF show. Food was beautifully presented and all rolls were very good.

It is hard to find a place that serves consistently fresh fish. After moving to nearby Yreka, CA, (an hour's drive away )we were thrilled when a local suggested we try Taroko. From the first visit (lunch) my sweetie and I were hooked. We were greeted promptly and offered some refreshing cucumber water when we were seated. There is an... More
