t had been an 8 hour day in the car. I wasn't interested in a big meal, so the idea of a couple of brews and appetizers sounded great. But after a bourbon flavored, cask aged porter (almost a desert beer) and an IPA, decided to have the bean burger which was much better than many vegetarian burgers I have... More

Recommended to us by Litia Resort. Hidden at the end of the road . We arrived for dinner and were impressed. The food is gourmet and yummy. Very pleased! The beer selection was fantastic. We tasted 11 different beers. There are close to 25 different varieties. The decor is upscale and the seating is well laid out. Nicely done!

Good food, great service, and cool atmosphere. I will definitely be back! We had an assortment of food including the Beer Cheese Soup, Mogli Bleu Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, the White Truffle Mac and Cheese, the Flat Iron Steak, the White Truffle Burger, the Crème Brulee Trifecta, and the Mogli Brownie. The White Truffle Burger was my favorite! The Honey Lavender... More

We were on a family road trip to California over Thanksgiving week and stopped in Ashland for the night. There's nothing that spells family more than dad, son, mom and dog in the car for 11 hours straight. That's why we stopped. We really do like each other. After getting said family settled in the hotel, mom and dad needed... More

I recently spent 4 days cycling around Ashland and on our last night we had dinner at the Caldera Brewing Company, where I had one of the best burgers ever. It was a ‘knife and fork’ burger, but neither knife nor fork were needed, it was more a ‘melt in your mouth burger. Just amazing! They make a wide variety... More

After a beautiful drive through the Ashland hills we decided to try Caldera for the first time. Walked in and waited to be seated, No one acknowledged us, so we grabbed a menu and found our own seat. We waited for approx 10 minutes we were never acknowledged by anyone. Mind you it was NOT busy at all. Decided to... More

Caldera had a great selection of beer options. They also had a most excellent outdoor seating area - which was great during the HOT SUMMER NIGHT in Ashland. Also has a cool location under an overpass - and is right at the end of the 4th of July Parade.

It is difficult to decide how to rate this because there are two branches with two locations and they are totally different. First we went to the newer version just off exit 14. Very nice decor, good service, good food. I had a large salad, the ingredients were really fresh. My husband had a sandwich which he thought was really... More
