Came in here because it was the best rated place in town and a review mentioned their chai tea so I gave it a try on the way to the park. The cashier was preoccupied and not personable at all! If it wouldn't have been...More

Great wood and industrial atmosphere, excellent coffee in Ashland's railroad district. Lots of seating, both table/chair seating as well as comfy chairs for longer stays. They don't just make and sell drinks, they also are a roaster, so their coffee is available in 12 oz...More

We stopped overnight in Ashland and were fortunate enough to discover Noble Coffee Roasting...didn't expect such a high end coffee roaster in a relatively small town. Quaint historic area with some very interesting-looking boutiques. As for the cafe, you'll relax the moment you walk in....More

We've mostly been away from coffee for the last several years, except for the occasional after-dinner cappuccino. Noble Coffee enticed us to stop by and partake, and as Seattleites used to Starbuck's, we were surprised and delighted by the mellow coffee blends they had on...More

There are many coffee houses, and several roasters, in this artsy town. You can do better. "Artisan" means that this one is among the most overpriced. Yeah, the coffee can be good here; but $3 for a cup pumped out of a thermos (it wasn't...More

Good enough that we took a couple of bags of beans with us - they roast it right there. Relaxed open space to sip and enjoy. Lots of locals because it's a few blocks away from the main drag where most of the tourists congregate.

Their drip coffee's are always great, although they charge $3 with no refills. Their espresso always tastes too acidic and almost sour to me.
