We've mostly been away from coffee for the last several years, except for the occasional after-dinner cappuccino. Noble Coffee enticed us to stop by and partake, and as Seattleites used to Starbuck's, we were surprised and delighted by the mellow coffee blends they had on offer. We will most likely be doing some mail ordering of their fine products, available via... There are many coffee houses, and several roasters, in this artsy town. You can do better. "Artisan" means that this one is among the most overpriced. Yeah, the coffee can be good here; but $3 for a cup pumped out of a thermos (it wasn't even hot--how long had it been in there?) is not worth it.

Good enough that we took a couple of bags of beans with us - they roast it right there. Relaxed open space to sip and enjoy. Lots of locals because it's a few blocks away from the main drag where most of the tourists congregate.

Their drip coffee's are always great, although they charge $3 with no refills. Their espresso always tastes too acidic and almost sour to me.

we discovered Noble coffee from a fine dining establishment, and have made it our bean of choice - mail ordering for delivery to our home in Nevada. Must add that their pastries are freshly made and sublime - enjoyed a ham and cheese croissant that appeared on our second sojourn. and I love it that they include a lightly carbonated... More

Good coffee and tea. Make to order and with a nice staff. Room is noisy and needs something put on walls or floor to cut down on background sound. Quite the locals scene. Good place to take-out

This is the preferred coffee shop of many residents in Ashland. I have been visiting here for 8 years and have hardly missed a morning at Noble. I love to sit and read or check email or just people-watch. The staff are youthful and friendly and eager to assist. Bathrooms are unisex and very clean. Love the dark coffee and... More

Great, open space to get some work done or hang out with friends. Much larger inside than it appears to be when you see the storefront. The coldbrew was pretty good!
