Appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the comfy classic coffee shop feel. Slightly mis-advertised because they don't yet roast their own beans, but we enjoyed the coffee none the less.

Holy mother of mochas!!! I didn't even know until later that the specialty of Rogue Valley Roasting (aka "Roasting Co") is their mochas. I unwittingly ordered the butterscotch mocha with whipped cream and they had me at first sip!!! Decadent - check, flavorful- check, creamy - check... Did I mention creamy? CHECK! I'm in Ashland 2-3 times a year and... More

There's one other trendy place for coffee but this is THE Best. it's quiet easy to get a table (inside or out), try a fresh baked muffin and specialty coffee!

Out of every coffee place I've been in the world I must say that this place is my favorite. Hands down. Not sure what to get? Get a butterscotch mocha w half the sweetener and DOUBLE WHIP CREAM! They make their own whip cream and it is heavenly. It's definitely worth the extra pocket change to double it. This will... More

This place makes the best coffee drinks and if you go regularly, as I do, the staff remembers you favorite drink. The pastries delivered every AM as great. Perfect croissants. If you buy their coffee in bulk it is a great price compared to all the other specialty roasters around and I personally think it is better than any other... More

I guess the other reviewers have said it all but I'll just agree. Incredible coffee, nice location, great service. This is not a cookie cutter chain coffee house. It was just fantastic.

I had been looking for places to work on my dissertation, where I could feel comfortable for hours, and RVRC is the one! I checked out other coffee shops, and they're fine in Ashland, but this one has a great welcoming and calm ambience - wood furniture, cabin atmosphere, outdoor seating. And the coffee is strong and yummy. Great snacks/food... More

Visiting Ashland a local recommended this coffee house. Staff were friendly and helpful. Vibe was chill and obviously a local hangout. Pastries were really good including the quiche, berry croissant and the Spanish tortilla (delish). From PDX so coffee standards are high and this place made some good coffee. Love the atmosphere and was dog friendly with outside seating.

I like ice cream and love shakes. Their espresso shake made with Umpqua espresso ice cream was the best coffee shake I've ever had. It was ridiculously creamy and rich, get one.

Monday morning and the task for the day was to cycle to the top of Mt Ashland, uphill - 20 miles with 5000 ft of ascent. With that in mind, we had to find a good coffee shop, where we could sit and contemplate while we caffinated. We headed to the Rogue River Roasting Company (http://ashlandcoffee.com/ ) which we had... More
