Billy Sims' chain of BBQ restaurant serves up good food consistently. I enjoy their pulled pork in particular. Well done

Billy Sims is the best BBQ restaurant in Altus, and the only one. They have decent BBQ but nothing that is outstanding. It is standard chain restaurant bbq , good food at a good price. I have visited it more than once and will go again since I like bbq. I usually get the 2 meat platter (I forget the... More

We've eaten at several Billy Sims BBQ restaurants and have loved each time. All locations welcome you as you come in and are courteous throughout the ordering process. The food is always delicious! I look forward to every opportunity I get to eat there.

Had some of the best barbecue in Oklahoma here. They sell by the pound along with individual meals made you way. The only problem is they are located in a strip mall and may be hard to find. Worth the time of visiting them.

Have eaten there several times trying different meals, but haven't found anything to go "wow" about. It's average food, service and atmosphere for the Altus area.

In a town with not a lot of great food options, Bill Sims was a welcome meal. The restaurant was clean and modern. The workers were very helpful and friendly. The BBQ is good for this small town, and portions are decent. I had the Schooner salad which was a generous portion size. I also tried my daughter's chopped beef... More

No really, Billy IS the only choice. At least the only one we could find after a thorough search of TripAdvisor. Saturday evening (630p). Only one table of bone chewers when we got there, but by the time we left an hour later, 5 other tables were hosting parties of carnivores, with two more families in line. Wifey wisely chose... This is a good place to catch lunch. The staff is always friendly. It's quick and easy to get in and out. Not to expensive. Good lunch spot. There isn't much atmosphere so it doesn't seem to be a super appealing place for dinner.

Was very good clean and friendly staff. Tried the triple 20 was excellent. Also was happy that the parking lot was big enough to park with a trailer. Try it out
