We to Amos Mosquito's on sushi Thursday. Only had about a 30 min wait, it was 12 in our party. I got the crab ragoon roll & my husband got assorted rolls. Oysters rocker fellow was tasty. The food is always good there & service also.

We have visited Amos Mosquitos many times in the past and usually order our go to items, crab cakes and the Shrimp & Grits. Today we ordered the Lobster Dip appetizer and the daily special, Grilled Pink Snapper with black and wild rice and a ginger sauce served with green beans. Both items were delicious and our server was spot... More

We have been coming to our timeshare on Atlantic Beach for years and it seemed that the restaurant at this location turned over fairly often. Now retired, we returned last month to find the hugely popular Amos Mosquito's, its parking lot filled to the max at 5 pm when it opens! We got there at 6:15 and secured a close... More

You will have a wait but the food was worth it. It was busy everytime we drove by. Nice bar to wait in, though and everyone we met was exceptionally friendly. Love the mosquito logo! Menu is quite varied and the food came out quickly and was cooked perfectly.

The food is delicious. I had the meatloaf and my husband had the grouper. Both were delicious. The service is very good. We had to wait for a table but we got mojitos at the bar. And shortly after, we had a table. We will definitely eat there again.

Good food (eat at the bar), great bartenders, fun crowd. Know that they do not take reservations and the waits can be long. My only concern is that the staff were seating families with small children in the bar. Don't get me wrong, I'm in favor of family friendly restaurants, but I'm also hopeful that the bar area was a... More

We eat here every year we come to Atlantic Beach. The bartenders there are awesome, food great and drinks, wonderful. We usually eat here at the bar 2-3 times while on vacation, but only got there once this past week, but was well worth it!

After a short wait, we were seated in "Bubba's" section. Bubba turned out to be a very funny, petite female. She was personable and engaging and we enjoyed speaking with her. The service was top notch and the food was delicious. I had the crab cake pasta and my husband had crab legs. The lobster cheese dip was very tasty.... More

Description
Welcome to Amos Mosquito’s Restaurant & Bar – or more affectionately known by locals as “Skeeter’s”. Established in 1999, Amos Mosquito’s offers a family friendly environment with a menu of fresh seafood and a wide variety of creative entrees. While in our first location on the Morehead City Waterfront, and here in our present location on Atlantic Beach overlooking beautiful Bogue Sound, we’ve had one primary goal in mind – to create the most unique, fun, and high quality dining experience that can be found in Eastern North Carolina. We have a seasoned staff of chefs, servers, and hosts who are passionate about making customers happy. Although we specialize in local seafood and offer at least two varieties of fresh fish every night, our menu also features chicken, pork and Sterling Silver beef.We make all our salad dressings, sauces and desserts in house and have a great children’s menu loaded with fun games and mosquito facts.Thursday nights are sushi nights at Amos Mosquito’s. We offer a full menu of fresh, made to order sushi in addition to our regular menu.Amos has a full bar and a wonderful, reasonably priced wine list.Reservations are not accepted, but you may call us to place an order for take out.
