This is not your usual hotel restaurant. The staff seems sincerely concerned about the quality of service and food. There are daily specials and breakfast is a great deal. Hats off to this location. I would recommend.

Amazing omelet and all sides were delicious. We were sad to learn that there were no longer biscuits or key lime pie, which was a draw for us to come back for dinner. We didn't.

Every time we stay at this family hotel, it is a tradition to eat at this restaurant. We never skip their amazing breakfast. Wish we could live in this hotel!

We tried this place based on tripadvisor, but will not rely on that anymore. Awful food, in fact I sent my fish tacos back and then tried a side salad that was not very appealing. Waiter was new but friendly. I had to ask for a coffee cup three times.

Did not have many waitresses. Had to wait as long as 30 min. To get a table even though many tables were available. In the twenty years coming we ate most of our meals here. This year ate most of them elsewhere.Chicken used to be delicious was not good at all and my husbands soup was cold.

The ClamDigger Inn is under new ownership this year, but the restaurant has only some minor changes in the menu. We ordered the three seafood combo, no deviled crab. We had shrimp, oysters and flounder it was very good. It came with slaw and hush puppies. We ordered a side of collards - they were also good. The desserts are... More

It's hot here - the ac can't keep up but it's a good place to grab a cheap lunch. Often have specials. Don't expect much more than the basics in service but at under $6 for baked chicken and 2 vegetables for lunch I can sacrifice a little.

Poor service. Long wait time for food with no apology. Food served cold. Baked potato was old. Looked like it had been cooked the day before. Fried okra tasted like it had been cooked in the oil that fish had been.

We had crab au gratin & a fried oyster& scallop plate both with a side of slaw. The crab was ok but the au gratin part appeared to be melted Vevetta Cheese, and the oysters tasted weird and the scallops were small & fishy. They do have delicious hush puppies & slaw. Our waitress was accommodating, friendly, and the food... More
