unless you prefer to combine all those pieces of meat in a homogenous fashion, i won't be turned off by this resto's name. the grilling experience alone is already a fun bonding experience by itself whoever you are with. yakimix is a good venue for both long talks and taste bud experimentation. just be sure to reserve a table in... if you want a place to cook your own seafood and barbecue then this is one place in manila the locals go to. they also have sushi, sashimi and cooked items if you don't want to cook.

Well If you're looking for a 5 star quality Salmon well this place is not for you. Restaurant is clean, bathrooms were okay and the service provided is okay as well. Food was in the range or 6 to 7 out of a ten. Not bad really.

We waited quite long enough because it was weekend at 12 nn. When table was available, the all smiling receptionist ushered us in. Food choices of cooked viands are delicious. For uncooked ones like shrimps, etc which were top picks, it took them quite long like about 30 minutes to replenish. Nevertheless all food choices are okay.

The food is good but it has limited offering compared to similar buffet restaurants. I am a bit disappointed.

Sm masinag branch: We were expecting to find a lot of seafood, and all kinds of meats for grilling but all we saw was probably half of what other comparable restos had to offer (eg Sambokojin), and refills of some choice meats were infrequent (ie shrimps and squid). The desserts were nothing special - the usual tiramisu, creme brulee, ice... More

This is a review of Yakimix @ SM North. Place is decent. Service Good. Food selection very good a lot of healthy food one can select. I always like it if ambiance, service and food are good. It makes me come back for more. Also I like the fact that I get to select the food I want and "fry"... More

Ate here with my officemates. Good thing it was paid by our company. Personally not sure if I will eat here considering the price, there's a little difference with the Vikings. If you haven't eaten here yet, then its ok to try. Choices of food are just average, not so many, especially their sweets.

I have been to several branches and there is nothing fantastic about their food. In fact over the years the selection and servings have decreased though the prices have remained the same. There are other set-up which give more value for money.
