There is no question about how awesome the burgers are, but I have experienced a disappointingly slow, or lack of, customer service. The burger must go with great service, too. I had to finish my burger quickly to avoid being annoyed.

i've tasted their burgers a couple of times and have a branch in alabang too, which is a walking distance towards my flat. i love their southern comfort bbq rice, it only cost me like around 120php++...good food at very affordable price.

The service is excruciatingly slow. The burgers are so-so and not big nor better than other burger restaurants. I was really disappointed.

Already tried their hahahajalapeno and triple cheese burger. I really liked both. Their hajalapeno burger was drenched with what I think is vinegar with onions usually found in isaw stalls. This makes the buns very moist. It's surprisingly very good that everytime there's a branch nearby I make sure to have it. They also have a branch in Robinson's Pioneer.

Their Patty is nothing to write home about. Having the word BETTER in their name might have been the worst decision ever. If you want a burger better than the usual, I recommend going to "Good Burgers" or Charlie's Grind & Grill instead.

Not totally a fan of burgers, until BBB stepped in. My Gf (now my wife) and I were curious about the name of the establishment and wanted to put their name into test. And what did we find out? Yeah, they really have Big better burgers.

Big better burger is a must.. I may not be a food critic but this is one of the best burgers ever.. The taste itself i truly loved and enjoyed each bite even without the usual ketchup and mustard..

My nephews and nieces all swear by their huge burgers and not a week passes that one or two of them does not pass for a bite or a take away. "Far cry from the commercial fast food joints that pepper the metro", they unanimously say.One of them, who spends Christmas holidays in Los Angeles, insists the burgers resemble the... More

The first time we went here there was no one inside, i thought maybe we should pick another place to eat, but we decided to give it a try. Their burgers are much better then the average burger, having that grilled added taste to it along with being exceptional size, & their wedges are much better then their fries.. They... More

Big Better Burgers is located at the basement food court of Robinsons Magnolia. It's a small, self-service restaurant . I was very satisfied with their Bacon Barbecue Burger (1/3 lb grilled burger). The burgers are big, and really quite better than many of our burger chains in the country. Also tried their teriyaki rice (1/3 grilled burger with shiitake mushrooms... More
