Among the restaurants in Diamond Hotel Manila, Corniche is cavernous with high ceiling and magnificent design. The architecture is beholding. It the place to see and to be seen. It offers buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cuisine are from Philippines, Japanese, Indian and other Asian foods. The sad part is that I find their quality and taste mediocre... More

We went for their buffet lunch. Food was good! We love the array of Japanese, Asian, and grilled eats. The lamb, squid, shrimps were yummy. Dessert was good with mixed fruits, ice cream, cakes and native delicacies. But cheese array was plain with edam, parmesan and a few kinds.

I have been eating at the Japanese restaurant of Diamond hotel for several years already and have never tried the buffet area of the hotel. I did not expect this to be good. Me and my wife had a pleasant lunch. A minor recommendation from me is that the Dimsum ought to have more options.

Went here with our friends for the lunch buffet. The food was very appetizing. It managed to fill the stomachs of a bunch of middle aged guys and galls. The girls loved the ice cream. I appreciated the Japanese selection. A very cozy place to eat with if your coming as a group. Not to crowded and you get the... More

Did not expect that the selection of food is limited for this hotel. Some of the Entree here is not as good as other hotels. but the good thing is, the japanese food side of the buffet is VERY FRESH. from the sushi to the sashimi, everything is good. i wish they put more effort on other dishes. the dessert... With several International cuisines you are never short of choices of what to try. Hot and cold foods, good salad area, foods cooked fresh to order and as my family said, the desert area is to die for. Dont worry, the cakes are not as sweet as in Europe, an dthe cakes are so light and tasty. My lot went... More

Breakfast is my fave meal of the day and something I always look forward to. Corniche however was a big dissapointment. Siomai was raw... as in totally! When I returned it, Chef just said "ay oo nga no" without even apologizing! Champorado was burnt. Bacon was not crispy, just sad and soggy. Egg was dry and over exposed, Chef at... More

The restaurant offers a great breakfast spread complete with Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, American and continental options. We loved the bread and croissants but we hope they bring back the mininensaimada and ube ensaimada as part of the breakfast buffet. We also suggest they make fresh orange juice as part of the choices. Overall, the dining experience was good.

Corniche, located at the lobby level of the hotel, offers a lunch buffet with good selection of asian and western dishes. I like the Japanese section that offers freshly cooked dishes including fresh sushi and sashimi. There is also the seafood, meat and grill sections. Selection of dessert include local delicacies including bibingka and local ice cream and sherbet. Worth... More
