The location of this restaurant was good, right next to public pier. If you walked for whole day to finish city tour of Male, it was a perfect place to drink a cup of coffee, relax before going to airport. The balcony gave a great view of harbor. Be reminded if you took balcony seats with drinks only, there was... More

Tried the breakfast buffet on my last day in Male'. There's a decent selection and plenty of it. Service was good.

Love the convinient location of city garden. Right in the heart of the business district with great views overlooking the harbour The food and drinks are really good too. Would highly reccomend to anyone who loves a dining experience in a beautiful location with great food.

we specifically looked for this restaurant after finding it last year it has an excellent range of Thai food good friendly service, and an amazing view over the harbour and bay from the balcony we saw very few tourists in the restaurant - nearly all locals, which is always a good sign. prices were very reasonable - $12 for a... I love the location for a start. The balcony offers lovely views over the turquoise sea. But most important is the food of course. I have been here many many times and have never had a bad meal. Especially the Thai menu is delicious. Always fresh and really tasty.

I love the balcony on the first floor with lovely views over the beautiful turquoise sea. The name is still City Garden and the food is still great. But I think the best thing about this restaurant is the balcony seating area. I always come here for lunch, when I'm in Malé.

After hearing some good things about the place, I was very disappointed. Our waiter when we eventually got served, did try to be friendly but seemed to have his mind elsewhere. It was hard to get any attention and when we did ask for some ketchup he never brought it, we had to go to another waiter to get some.... More

If you're a non smoker like I am the upstair area of City Garden Café and Restaurant is a good option for lunches and dinners alone, with loved ones, family, friends or coworkers. (downstairs entrance and the garden or so area at the back are for the smokers I think). I like that they have options to choose from. They... More
