Everyone have different taste and needs. Tried 2 different outlet of Mdm Kwan, Subang and Pavilion, found the Chinese and local cuisine nothing special but pricey. Prefer to go for local food hangout on Jalan Alor. Mdm Kwan is a place if you wanted to have a business lunch meeting with Western or European taste friends or colleague. Not a... More

6 people dined at KLCC branch. Very busy everyday with waiting lines outside ten minuted after 12pm. Six dishes were ordered, all were delicious. Service is fast and that helps the lunchtime rush turnover. Fist time dining for all and we agreed to return. The food is Local Malay and no one complained dishes were too spicy.

During my last 2 weeks ago visit at the Pavillion outlet, the portion of the Nasi Boujori has reduced and I ordered their water lily tea which when they serve me, my teapot stout is all chipped off. Told the waiter and they changed it for me to another one that is chipped at the one side only. Disappointed with... More

Average food standard and quality. Suit for those required mild taste of local cuisine and commercialize. Take long for food service as rather crowded during lunch time in the pavilion. Can be improve !!

Had lunch there with friends. The fruit Rojak is very good. The Char Kwa Teow is spicy and excellent. Beef rending is dry, and the meat tender. The vegetables with belachan was the best I have had. It was a great meal. The chefs at this outlet do a great job. Beers were expensive but alcohol is expensive in Asia.... More

Firstly, the food, even the recommended ones are not good, by Malaysian standards. You will find the staff unfriendly and nonchalant. Prices while manageable are not worth it. Try the stalls in the food court around instead.

I love this place! It's famous for a reason. They serve really good Malaysian food here. Best nasi lemak I've had. And I ordered quite a lot of food but nothing is bad. Been here twice already and I'd go back here again. Try the otak otak, I was pleasantly surprised. The laksa is also good. Nasi bojari too! And... More

MK is reknown for its authentic Nasi Lemak of Malaysia. The Chicken rendang gravy is thick and tasty coupled with fragrant rice cooked with coconut milk. Good mixture of menu that covered varieties of taste buds. Due to its pricey drinks, I do not choose MK as my usual choice of restaurant of local food.

1. Madam Kwan's usually have outlets in medium to high end shopping malls. 2. their set menu is reasonable price for 1 person dining (easily RM30++) 3. Try their TEH TARIK for drink if you like milk tea.
