I was having buffet dinner at Latest Recipe. I think it is a good Starwood Restaurant buffet dinner in Kuala Lumpur. Many variety . Friendly service. We enjoyed the environment :)

One of the best layouts for a buffet. Food selection is plenty and the staff is friendly. Good value for the money if your an in house guest.

The spread was relatively wide. There were so many different cuisines and spreads - Japanese, Chinese, Indian, International/Western, Bread/Pastries, Cheese, Yoghurt, Ice Cream. I love the intimate setting. While other larger hotels may have an even wider spread, the quality of food could not compare...More

One of the better hotel buffets in the city. A good selection of local foods and the Indian section is particularly good. My favourite station though is the teppan grill - especially when scallops are on the menu.

Not the standard of a five star hotel. You can eat better in the nearby malls for a much lower price. Breakfast is a little better than dinner/lunch, but not much. The sushi is one of the poorest I've experienced, the rice is like porridge....More

I don't remember the price but you can check on the web site. I had a 50% of discount because I have an SPG card.

Description
At Latest Recipe, diners can indulge in popular dishes that are prepared 'a la minute' (which means 'in a minute' literally) with personalised and individual servings of Malay, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Western delights. Just watching the chefs in action as they dish out freshly cooked and piping hot food is enough to sharpen appetites for more good things to come. Unlike the usual buffet restaurants, there are no bulky chafing dishes in sight. Instead, the food is presented in cast iron pans, woks, chinaware or served in individual portions. Fans of Indian cuisine will revel in the Tandoori chicken, lamb, prawn with naan and other North Indian specialties. Sushi, Sashimi, Teppanyaki and many more exotic Japanese dishes are served daily. Dim Sum baskets are piled high next to piping hot noodles and fragrant stir-fries at the Chinese section whilst authentic BBQ seafood lines the Malay open kitchen. Desserts are a feast to the senses with decadent sweets including the Chocolate Fountain and the ever popular Teppanyaki Ice-Cream.
