This restaurant is very well situated and maybe that's why it is always full. Its overpriced and most eats are not very delicious. But its situated in the Pavillion Mall which is always crowded. So many shoppers walk in for coffee or tea and a snack. And leave a little disappointed. Its also a meeting point for travellers who do... More

We ordered caesar salad and water (beer not available). The waiter came back and said that romaine salad was not available, but we could have the other salad with caesar dressing, if that was the case they got the dressing all wrong. No parmesan and no croutons. Not a dish to recomend.

Always drop in to The Loaf when in KL. Lovely range of pastries- also do meals. Coffee good too. Recommend getting membership card as you get 10% off purchases, as well as accruing points, which you can use to buy food. These guys know how to make pastries. We went to The Loaf in Pavilion and at KLIA2.

Price is higher compared to other similar bakery or bistro in the Pavilion. Wanted to order different variety of dessert but only Tiramisu was available. Drink was served in plastic cup than glass. Waiters were slow in response. Floor was dirty with food.

Pathetic when the staff doesn't even bring out your food and check that the order has been completely made. They make excuses. Even worse, the food is really overpriced for what it is, and tastes like complete crap. Would not recommend. Avoid unless you have no tastebuds and enjoy overpaying for food.

Bought the lemon cheese cream oyaki from little Tokyo section of pavilion and really nothing worth raving about. You can g downstairs to get it reheated but it is just airy bread with warm cream cheese filling. Looks better than taste

Next to the food court this outlet is quite cozy. The speciality is Doppio Bliss the signature drink of The Loaf

Good menu variety, of both food and drinks. Price is ok too. Better sandwich than wraps though. Carrot juice was good and coffee too.
