Best thing about this place was the AC..
Watermelon juice was Ice, water and a slice of watermelon
Lime juice was just ice and sugar, with salted water..
Ice cream was from a tub of haagen Dazs.. prices were similar to venice or monaco .....More
Was a typical hotel buffet- a few dishes-eggs-toast-coffee. Good black coffee--- not much in fresh fruits/juices-- clean-- self serve. french toast-- HONEY as maple syrup-- over the top. only 1 meat sausages- no ham/bacon etc.
The best part is with that room rates u get a refrigator in room which other hotel wouldn't provide.. the AC superb and the water shower very good... very satisfied with this kind of room and also have 2 doors facing sultan street and petaling
Visited this evening.
The lady who waited on our table was rude, she walked away whilst we were in the middle of ordering.
My Teh Tarik (cup of tea) was cold so had to reorder it, then realised it was from a machine.
Dived in here after being the the market picking up a few bargains.
Clean with good food, air con was one of the main reasons we went here to get a break from the humidity.
Relatively cheap, tiger is expensive though.
It is a regular hotel restaurant with OK food at a slightly more expensive price than in the surroundings. The special location in the middle of the often hot market street may be a good reason to choose an aircon restaurant.
Flying visit to have lunch with family at Swiss Inn whilst taking a break from our 'Big Shop' in China Town Market.
