Came here with my boyfriend and ordered drinks from a waiter on the patio. It was around 4 pm so it was slow. Paid cash for drinks immediately but got no receipt. Went inside because of mosquitos and got 2 drinks while playing pool. When...it came time to pay for those, a different bartender charged us for 4 drinks saying we never paid for our first ones. These drinks aren’t cheap in the first place. When our previous bartender came out he claimed we had never paid and outright lied, causing a big scene. We ended up having to pay for extra drinks we never bought and someone there got an extra large tip for the day due to the management team not believe had paid. Very shady way of doing business here. Always make sure you have proof of payment.More

Located in the middle of the city, The Rabbit Hole is great for predrinks or just hanging out. The staff are super friendly. A bit pricey but great environment.

I went earlier in the evening so they were just gearing up for the evening. Be that as it may, the service was excellent and food was to my liking. They have good Malay food. I recommend the grilled squid. It was excellent. Apart from...that, this place is more on the mellow side. Great music, but a bit lower key, which I like.More

You could stop here all evening and avoid the hectic bars down the busy bar strip. Staff are amazing and so attentive. Food was amazing and they serve white wine with ice which is nice if you want a change from beer and cocktails. They...have sports screens and pool table. I definitely would go back, enjoy.More

We stumbled across the Rabbit Hole looking for another restaurant and had a great last night in Malaysia. A little oasis with plenty of room for the kids in busy Bukit Bintang. We thought the food was excellent and the staff were so kind to...our young boys who had a great deal of fun using the pool table - a lot of laughs. Thanks again!More

A nice option to the other restaurants on this street. While other restaurants/bars have soccer or rugby on big screens, the rabbit have nice music in the background making it possible to tall while eating. Laid back atmosphere and nice food. A bit of a...favourite place!More

I have to say that this is probably one of my favourite bars - and that's got to do with their live band, food, - cocktails are amazing, and their "hidden room". Looking forward to coming back again :)

Just a regular restaurant nice waiters but nothing special, we were with our family of 4, they have a separate place for non smokers that is a bit less cozy. And have special offers for happy hour.

Just stopped in to have a couple drinks. Used to come here when we lived in Kuala Lumpur. Love how this spot is located right on a busy corner but with all the vegetation you feel you are in a garden. Good beer selection.

We ate from the tapas menu. The Malaysian platter was good, the squid very spicy but lovely. Lotus chips were good but needed some seasoning. Overall good, very attentive service and enjoyable

Management believes servers rather than customers. If you are double charged, you are out of luck and will be called “crazy”. Unless authorities are involved you are out of luck.
