Love the food and drinks here. The burgers are the absolute the best!!! Steaks and other meats are really tender as well. Really good for some comfort food! Try the Cow boy burger...pulled beef AND a juicy patty in a soft bun. Was soooo good!!

Been coming here for years, and always enjoyed the steaks. But lately it’s just feeling a bit dated, lights are a bit dim not in a nice atmospheric way, but more a gloomy look. Food is great, service is good, friendly staff and helpful.but if...you just want to be in a nice quiet place to enjoy good food and listen to music, or catch up on news on your iPad, it’s a nice place.More

I have got to admit that this will look like an ordinary 'outback' kind of restaurant but I have to compliment the Cowboy Triple Beef Burger which we had (for sharing) as it has a pulled beef right in the smack of the normal patty...and bacon.. sweet and tangy that makes the whole burger melts in your mouth... I personally love the Mocktails (Mango Margarita - non-alcoholic)... situated in the Pavillion and we will definitely recommend this place...More

The restaurant looked amazing and the plating of their food was amazing however the taste of the food was average. Felt that they could improve on their taste.

This branch is looking old and unloved. Seems like its had no major renovations for years (could be wrong?). Food was ok but my steak was not great and undercooked. Freindly service though. Much better places to eat so take your money elsewhere.

The restaurant was quiet, with a great thunderstorm going on. We all had Tiger beer, mine was a little flat, which the manager changed with no problem. Our Oder was taken quickly and our starters arrived, with in five minutes the main course arrived, which...was far to fast, as we were still eating the starters. Main course then arrived when I asked, but the overall offering was not up to scratch.More

The food was only OK, and included seasonings etc that were not described in the menu. Service was a bit slow and hard to come by.

Visited the 1utama branch. Didn't quite like the service.. as it took a while before anyone took our order. When the food did come, it was not appetizing. My burger was tasteless, the French fries cold and not a side of salad or vegetables in sight....Worse? I had a flu and I asked for hot water with lemon and ginger. Since its off the menu, I was informed that I couldn't have it. My efforts to just charge it as tea could not be hard. My friend made three attempts to order coffee before it was brought, cold as ice and no teaspoon.More

Thank God is Friday and let's dine with friends at this place for variety of choices - western food is good here. Like the desserts.
