This is really a german gem in Malaysia. The oldest german restaurant still run by the very owner. Great atmosphere, good people, awesome choice of beers and .....the best homemede sausages in town.

In the early days it used to be packed with people now only a limited number of people or the regulars. they serve nice german sausages and knuckles but prices start from RM35. Portionings are large... More

Spent a great evening at House Frankfurt. Since I am into appetizers I enjoyed hering and onions as well as a Gulash soup. Great flavours but not to spicy. Noted during my visit plenty of Xmas prebookings are done. Presume will be a good atmosphere at these days. A pitty that I am not around. I read here some stupid... More

I saw the coupon voucher in the internet and I decided to buy it. One of the reason I buy coupon voucher from the internet is because they said that they are one the oldest german restaurant in KL. The booking time also quiet long which is stated 3 days in advance make me think this food should be very... More

According to the staff the air conditioning was not fixed/service for quite some time. We seated near entrance and that sunday BBQ outside make the ambience so stuffy and smokey. The pork knuckle tasteless and Beef Liver overcooked. Food quality and taste deteriorated compared to one year ago.

Food overpriced and lousy. Grilled vege too salty, pork knuckle almost tasteless, aglio oglio not 'seasoned' with enough olive oil and parmesan cheese. They forgot one of our orders and tried serving a dish that we did not order. Used the groupon and the staff said they don't serve water because we are using voucher. Verdict - don't go back

Food was very good. The grilled pork knuckle was nicely done, crispy skin and soft on the inside. Simply succulent. Wasn't hard or dry at all. The sauce was given in a separate saucer. The thueringer bratwurst (sausages) was nicely done too- very meaty and not too salty, with a little hint of spiciness. Just the way I like it.... More

If you have not tried real german Schnapps or Korn (Fruit flavoured liqueurs) then make your way to the German restaurant "Haus Frankfurt" in Bangsar. Great Food, great Host and great German atmosphere....

Looking for a change from the nice curries and other beautiful Asian Food it will be found here definitely. Greaut sausages, pork nuckles, sweet challenges and a wide range of European beer at moderate prices can be found. Easy to reach by train - just next stop (Bangsar) from Sentral. The host Peter is really a 'landmark' in terms of... More
