We had 2 Vegetable meals 24RM 1 chili chicken 8RM 2 fish...chicken cutlet 12RM 1 deep fried sotong 20RM 2 lychee drinks 8RM always good and very tasty. Will go back. Nirwana Bangsar used to be the top in terms of Indian Banana leaf cuisine. However disappointed with them for few occasions. Curry not as tasty as before. Tengiri fish sambal was sour and blunt. Beware, the staff will place minimum vege while serving and when...you ask to add little more that amount will appear in your bill. Yes they charge for vegetables! I never came across a banana leaf restaurant that charges for vege. It should be in the package. Expensive and not worthMore

Rm 11 for banana leaf rice and vege is not worth the price. Paid Rm 40 for 2 banana leaf rice, 1 cup of teh Tarik and a pc of fried tengiri. The serving for vege is smaller too. Papedom also masuk angin. You can...get much better food with Rm 40 elsewhere. We will never have our meal there again ( Subang Jaya branch)More

Tastes quite decently, the briyani is the best. Not cheap so ask for more rice. The lassi is very very soothing down my throat so I would recommend it.

Delicious banana leaf Indian restaurant. But it is a bit pricey. Maybe it's cheap for Bangsar standard, I don't know. I am pretty sure there are tonnes of other Indian restaurants that can offer better price than this place. Goo place to try. But I...won't returnMore

The indian cuisine is really tasty. I like the fish sambal and the chicken varuvel. A satisfyingly banana leaf lunch. curry is thick and yummy. The only thing I disagreed was they charge you for additional toppings of vegetables. From my experience all restaurants that...serve banana leaf usually comes with free rice & vege toppings. Price is on the high side.More

Brought my family for our Long awaited banana leaf lunch yesterday (22/8/20). There was already a queue when we arrived at 11.45am. The fish was dry (it was sliced too thinly hence not juicy), the bitter gourd was not crispy ( too much batter) and...the serving portions of lamb masala and curry were so small. It was definitely a little pricey. Overall, it was an anti climax and won’t be going back to this restaurant again.More

RM80 for 2 people with standard banana leaf rice (no refills even), 1 dish of lamb curry/varuval, and 2 ice lemon teas. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Maybe they charged us white people prices or something, which would have still been acceptable of the food had been good....Unfortunately it wasn't. It's a place for the Bangsar crowd and the poser pub crowd to go and pretend like they're in a genuine banana leaf place. The food and service to not justify their markup.More

Their leaf rice and curry chicken are so taste. Only thing I don’t like is price is so expensive, especially their rice need RM 9.00, additional drink and curry chicken, I spend about RM 20.00 each dishes, is more expensive than other Indian restaurant.
