Delicious BKT that has been around for a long time. Cheaper than the one next door... But closest after lunch.
Love the BKT and some of their ala carte chicken sesame, eggplant. Must try the pork neck claypot - crunchy and delicious.
Prices are quite standard in this part of town... Don't compare to small places then say it is expensive. I found it to be very affordable - food for 10 comes up to around RM300 which is only RM30 pp.

Best timing to visit:
One of those eateries in business for over 30 years old and know that they're good - and are open mostly for morning/brunch business and closed by 2pm! We were there at 10am and it was packed and we had to queue probably just 5 minutes (given a queue number), but by 11am the crowd was mostly cleared. Best to visit by 11am or else they may run out and close early!
What to order:
Very cool that their menu is printed LARGE and CLEAR on their wall - so for first-timers, you'll probably wanna go for their combo bowl with a little of the usuals e.g. small ribs, pork belly, etc. But for those going for the most satisfying, chunky bites will prob order their long ribs and trotters. You can also order fried beancurd skin, dough sticks and mushrooms as condiments to soak in the flavourful soup. So in traditional Chinese medicine, Bak Kut Teh, with all its herbs for warmth and strength, are considered "heaty". So to balance that out, you could order a plate of "bitter gourd with egg", since that's considered a "cooling" type of food that expels heat.
Service:
Front of house/ manager seemed polite while managing the queue, and was later seen chatting with a few tables of older customers (probably regulars?). Assistants were prompt in topping up our soup even though it was only slightly less than half.

This is one of the favourite Bak kut teh despite many in KL. The service is attentive and friendly waiter. Traditional claypot herbal Bak kut teh with choices of spare ribs as well as other dishes. You can order some spare rib soup or the traditional mixture of pork rib, stomach, intestines and lots of vege. One other speciality is the fried You Tiao : fried fritter and dip into a spaniel soup prepared for this dip. Very tasty especially when you hungry to wait for your main course, this served within minute and to solve your hunger! Herbal Soup is tasty unlike other pepper soup base.. love it!

This restaurant is next to the bigger & more famous San Fong Bak Kut Teh restaurant.
The soup is delicious, not too strong herbal taste. The pork was ok, but too much fatty pieces. The staff was friendly & attentive.
A little expensive though
