Side walk hawker local fried fritters food. The fried selection is delicious, crispy but can be a bit oily. Price on the high side but with good food therefore a premium price will be fine. The queues can be long and waiting time can be long too. The young owner is quite a jovial guy who non stop frying difference type of fritters.

Long wait time after lunch, maybe 20-30min, as they cook fresh batches to order. Delicious fried banana, almost like banana fritters. Sweet with crisp batter. Super cheap and tasty

This is why you come to KL, street food haven. With its melting pot of cultures naturally giving rise to falvorful dishes. If you're ever in this part of the world do come to Brickfields, you can come here via the tun Sambathan mrt st and just a stone's throw away there is the banana fritters stall along jalan Tun Sambathan 4 (adjacent to the old town coffee shop). Banana fritters or goreng pisang as the locals would call it is so crunchy, crispy and sweet all at the same time. The key is the uncle frying it as orders come in and not frying in advance. So do expect 10-20 mins waiting time, and of course a snaking queue along the walk way. The pisang is quite big as they are using pisang raja or banana king (lol). A bit pricey but once a while it's okay to indulge ! The stall also sells other things such as curry puff and fried ang kuih. Didn't try those bcos I was so full from eating the goreng fritters.
