Don't waste your time. Very hot, most stalls closed and smelly. We were looking for the one star michelin restaurant but it was closed? When we left here we found it had moved across the road. Ordered chicken curry. Very ordinary and full of bones!
So many great and inexpensive options. Gets crowded later but still great experience. Whether on the street or the sit down spots behind, lots of tasty food choices. Try them all!
I enjoyed eating at the Hawker Stalls in Chinatown. Plenty of choice, modest prices, colour and culture. Highly recommended.
You see many hawkers stalls in this place. They mostly sell cheap item including electronic devices, bag, shoes, cosmetics and food also. I have seen many Bangladeshi nationals selling items in those stalls. Moreover you find few good restaurant in this place. One place I...should mention that is food court of china town hawker market. We stayed in these areas fro 3 nights and we mostly have are food there. You can have breakfast to dinner. From Chinese to Bangladeshi, Thai to Vietnamese they have plenty of options ! And most important thing is they are cheap. You can try roasted duck with rice, few thai dish and don't miss to visit Bangladeshi food stall. In Bangladeshi stall you can have delicious Indian and Bengali cuisine including my fav Chicken tandoor ! You should buy souvenir from this place. You can try few bag or perfume.More
