The waiters give us a worm welcome and serve us very well. The Lollipop chicken awesome whit the briyani. I just love that crispy and smooth chicken. I had a fantastic Marsala tea. A peace atmosphere where we can spend time with our family. The best is our dinner end with the delicious 'Fruits salts with vanilla ice cream'. I just... More

The food is decent in terms of quality, and the service is also ok. Being a vegetarian, I haven't tries the non-veg items here, though. The sambar and the chutneys they serve with Dosa here are awesome. The vegetarian starters are also good. The tea, coffee and other drinks are above average. The home delivery service is impressive.

I always order the briyanis with fried chicken. Love the rice. I think one of the best briyani rice I have tasted. Other dishes are too spicy too me, it's chettinad's and their food are usually spicy. Their service is good. They have another branch in brickfields (just few miles from bangsar)

This restaurant in Bangsar faces the main road, the next row of shops from McDonalds. The name of the restaurant is Anjappar and they serve Southern Indian cuisine which has the spiciest curries in India. We had briyani, fish tikka, chicken marsala and palak paneer. Enjoyed our meal and will be back.

it is located along jalan tun sambathan. Walking distance from NU Sentral. they serve both vegiee and non-vegiee food. their signature dish is briyani. Chettinad is a name for "money lender" in those days. the taste of their food is slightly different. The place is a/c and the prices are a bit high side. BTW the name of the shop... More

Guess the spelling is wrong - Anjappar. Visited the branch in near KL Sentral monorail for a dinner. Had Kothu Parotta and chicken biriyani, relishing.

Its pricey here. but the briyani rice is the best i have tasted. it has the real taste of the briyani, if you going to this shop, just stick to biyani and non vege items, then it would be worth for the money that you have spend.

Son and I had lunch at Anjappar Bangsa 2 days ago and ended up with the proverbial "Delhi belly". Never again till they sort out their hygiene issue.
