Nice menu selection with plenty of variety. They have a high turnover so I do think the fish is fresh. But the parking here is a nightmare. Service is fine and the environment is comfortable enough.

The place is cosy for for gathering. But I was disappointed with the wahyu beef they served. I don't know what was the grade of the beef, because they cut too thin, I cannot taste 'wahyu'. But the teriyaki chicken was good

Visited this restaurant yet again for a meal. It was a good decision. The staff seemed pleasant and efficient and the manager on duty lived up to expectation. My wife ordered a Tempura Udon dish and I opted for a Teppanyaki Zen dish. My wife...More

Nothing wrong with food. But our fellow diners with their non-stop noise really spoilt my enjoyment of the food. Seems some people really like to talk loudly. And don't really care about others. Anyway, food wise similar to other numerous japanese restaurants around But it...More

The food was the worst I have experienced in a Japanese restaurant in Asia, will never return! Been previously and enjoyed food, won't return after this experience!

I've always had a good meal here so I can't complain. But on the last few occasions I noticed that the quality of the food wasn't quite up to the usual high standard. The stock in my usual udon bowl wasn't as rich and balanced...More

Rakuzen is part of a chain of Japanese sushi restaurant that is billed to be more upper class than the traditional Sushi King or Sakae Sushi. I personally prefer this to the other mass chains, although I wouldn't consider it the best. The decor is...More

Drop by because it was closed by to where I stay. But turns out to my disappointment with its 30mins of waiting and not even any sorry when food is being served. Won't recommend anyone here big time! Salmon was okay tho.
