We visited this place for lunch as a family of 5. The service was terrible is an understatement as everything had to be reminded multiple times and when the bill came despite checking while paying we had a strong suspicion that we were charged extra and for things we were not served as well as being shortchanged for dishes we... This place used to be generous in their variety but now everything comes with a price. There used to be plate sizes that you could order your meat smaller for smaller groups and bigger for larger ones. They have stopped doing the smaller plates so they even give you a larger plate of meat even if you are eating alone.... More

I have been to this place for years but like any other indian restaurants in Malaysia, once they get their ratings the food and everything else goes down. Can't believe how horribly dirty the restaurant was when I was looking forward to having a good banana leave lunch. The floor was strewn with scrapes of food and the waiters were... More

I love this place as much for the atmosphere as the food. It's a great place to watch all sorts of people sit and eat/talk or just walk by! It always seems busy but the service is brisk. For me the masala thosai and roti canai are excellent and great value - wash it down with fresh lime juice and... More

Great place for breakfast - order roti canai (and watch it being made - stretched and multilayered) with dhal and a side accompaniment of chicken curry. delicious. The roti with egg is heavy but without is light and somehow reminded me of the French croissant ... light 'n fluffy and multi-layered. Try also the dosa with curry, dhal, coconut chutney.... More

visited this place multiple times over the course of past 6 months. service is very very bad, slow, rude and definitely not professional. i visited this place again last weekend, and i decided it will definitely be my last visit there. there was this waiter who missed a drink order(there were 4 of us) and when we politely asked him... The staff here are often quite rude and grumpy. Also, the Rotis are not cooked fresh to order so are a bit hit and miss as to their quality. It is fine for a breakfast but there are definitely better roti places in Bangsar.
