I'd have to say that our experience got tainted when they accommodated the 2 guests first that came in after us in the line. Turned out, later on, there were 5 more in their group and there were 5 of us. There were only 2 other groups that were waiting after us so I can't really say that it was... More

The first day we have been discouraged by the long waiting queue but the second day in Osaka we retried and finally after 15 minutes we were in. Chibo is a real food experience. The Okonomiyaki are very tasty but the most wonderful thing is to attend the chef while cooking it in front of you. Beautiful

We came with 9 peoples (4 kids), the line was long, if you wanna eat here better to come before 6:30pm for dinner. The waiters try to put us together, good effort and really appreciate it. They have pork okonomiyaki and the taste was terrific, the waiters made snopy face on the okonomiyaki for my kids and they loved it.... More

Our first meal in Osaka and in a okonomikayi restaurant. We love them both. We had some incredible food in Japan and this was amount the best. I never have proper okonomikayi before, so I can't really judge it but I enjoyed what I ate. The okonomikayi were prepared by the chef in an open-kitchen and placed on a hot... More

Queue is not too long and quick. There is 3 floor for restuarant. Food and beverage is as good as its look. No need to do reservation. The flavor is mixed with egg and that made a good taste.

The food is as pretty as it tastes. The okonomikayi sauce with the crisscrossing mayonnaise pattern, topped off with a mountain of quivering bonito flakes makes it a sight to behold. Your clothes and hair will smell bad after you dine there though, but I guess it's all part of the experience.

I enjoyed this so much, it's right up there with the kaiseki and much cheaper. There's a set menu for two which includes a classic okonomoyaki (with cuttlefish, shrimp, pork, cheese and much more), yakisoba, an omelette wrapped around pork plus a tasty house salad with sesame dressing. Also the only restaurant where I managed to find anzushu (apricot licqeur).... More

The restaurant was great and the food was amazing. I don't eat pork so they made a vegetarian version especially! Would highly recommend a visit!

The food is good! The queue is a bit long but the wait is worth it! Try the okonomiyaki dotonbori as it contains shrimps and other delicious stuff, and when you get a slice of it, you can see the cheese!
