This place is a must go for delicious wings and great service. Food was excellent and the manager Brian went above and beyond. He gave us the low down on the area and good places to go, really friendly, and made the trip. We went...on wing Wednesday and got the special, worth the price!! We will go again! Best wings in town, best staff around. Tourist friendly, and they have great guest brews on tap, even in pre-typhoon closures around town!More

This restaurant attempts to have a "casual" and "fun" setting but we thought it was more unprofessional than anything. We went there simply because we heard good things about the wings. We waited for some one to serve us at the door, a man (presumably...the boss) obviously saw us, but he was too busy entertaining the Caucasians at the bar table that he didn't not have time to give us a nod or ask his waitress to serve us. Bad vibes already. It then took sometime before the waitress lead us to a table. We asked her to recommend some NON SPICY wing flavors since some of which we asked for were not available. She recommended JALAPENO and CHILLI... my partner and I were like looking at each other with the wtf look. We then ask if they can make us a MOJITO because the menu wrote something like "nothing too crazy, we can make any cocktail for you"... she told us they can't make it. I can't believe they wrote that line on their menu when they can't even make something so basic. The wings took a long time to come, the music was loud af... The crew were living their own world walking in and out and having booze while working, totally unprofessional. We told ourselves that we can tolerate everything as long as the wings are really good but not surprise at all... the wings were overrated! The sauce are ok but the meat were not marinated and plain. In conclusion, visit sauce boss only if you are Caucasian because they will treat you like a king! Don't go if you are a normal Asian tourist because they don't really give a s*** bout you.More

The wings are awesome: the chefs in the kitchen hook it up! They consistently change a few flavors each week, which provides a nice variety. Included in the wing Wednesday special is a drink: beer, soda or cocktail. Nice touch. This all being said, since...the new management lead, the bartender really isn't friendly nor helpful to his own staff. The wait staff was struggling to keep everything in order/get the right orders out, and the "manager"/bartender stayed behind the bar and did nothing to help the wait staff nor did he address the table(s) having issues with their orders. (We waited over 45 minutes for our first plate or wings, while tables around us got 2 and 3 plates more.) Instead, the "manager" questioned what language was being spoken and blamed that for the confusion; he was accusatory and unprofessional. No matter how good the food is, we had a horrible experience with this dude, and will not be back while he is on the clock.More

I'd heard a lot of positive reviews from people I know about this place, so I decided to check it out. They run an amazing deal on Wednesdays: all you can eat wings and your first drink for 2000 yen - perfect for wallet-challenged among...us. I went with my wife and daughter and finished off 40 wings between us. The pig that I am, I had over half of those. On Wednesdays, they limit themselves to the five flavors of the day that are on their all you can eat menu. That's fine, because all of the flavors are high quality. I was surprised that the more basic wings were the ones I enjoyed the most. I was really looking forward to their more exotic offerings like green curry wings and chili lime wings. However, the simplicity of salt and pepper and buffalo wings made those the wings I went back to order after order. My one complaint is that, for the duration of our stay (1.5 hoursish?), they were not able to determine which wings had peanuts in them. This was disappointing for my daughter because she was limited to the salt and pepper or buffalo wings. Some of the other wings were probably alright, but that's not something you want to risk. Nor is it something customers should have to risk. Restaurants should really know what they're putting in their food, so that was a bit baffling. I hope they've used it as a learning experience and now have allergy information readily accessible. Other than that, though, it was a wonderful experience. My daughter, despite the disappointment, said she wants to come back for her birthday dinner - the ultimate kid compliment to a restaurant (adult too, I guess). We look forward to coming back and will gladly contribute to the ever-increasing population of wingless chickens in the world.More

Hi, We will look to address this issue. Some local products don't label trace elements of nuts so if the kitchen was in doubt, they probably erred on the side of caution. We are happy your daughter enjoyed the experience too. We will try to...More

It's tough to get decent wings in Osaka, and Japan in general, unless you go to TGIF or Outback, but this is one place you can hit that will definitely satisfy your craving. I've got to say up front that I love this place! The...people who work there are cool and friendly, and the wings are amazingly delicious! I've been there a few times and have always enjoyed myself. It's a small place. Conducive for relaxing with friends over great food. This place is something of a haven for westerners, and the more internationally minded Japanese. You'll hear English spoken almost exclusively, enhancing, in a tiny way, that feeling of being back home. As far as the food itself goes, I can't say enough about how tasty everything is. There are many different flavors you can order, with chili lime, honey garlic, and bourbon bbq being my top favorites. But trust me when i tell you that you will definitely find some flavors that you'll fall in love with, as there are many, many options. In closing, if you want some great American wings (the owner is Canadian, but close enough), then this is the place to go and have fun tasting many different (and creative) flavors. I have no doubt that you'll love the experience! Hope this helps.More

Absolutely fabulous! Bar now opens at 5 with kitchen open at 6. Couldn't accommodate a GF meal for one of our party but had no problem with us bringing something in for her. Best wings we've had in Japan in our 8 years here.

Had heard great reviews of this place and went to go and try them for a Thursday lunch after checking the times on Facebook and trip advisor. Walk all the way there and find the door unlocked and lights on however once walking through my...gf and myself were told they were closed and hurried out the door leaving us quite confused after being recommended to go there for lunch. We finally managed to get here for lunch after many discussions about doing it but not. Dinner is great, lots of flavours to choose from and Wings Wednesday is a great deal as are other weekday events but the chicken burgers at lunchtime were immense!...Huge size, huge flavour. Gotta try them all!! Buy 2 or even 3 and share between 2 to maximise how many you taste and then be able to choose your own favourite next visit!More
