The ambience was really great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. And the food was amazing!

We lined up for 90minutes to get in for New Years Eve dinner and we were so happy we waited! The food here is fantastic! All locals in the restaurant and no tourists, I think that says something.

Soba was good, both hot and cold. The cold one tends to be more chewy (which is better for my taste). Staff is fluent in english and it does have english menu which is good. The one stands out more is the place itself. Lovely...More

Tempura doesnt come with the dipping sauce one might be used to, instead a salt dip. However, the batter is great. Sashimi is great and their barley ice cream is amazing. The reason why I am giving it three stars is because the main dish,...More

The place is small, you need to queue. we waited half hour for our turn. As you enter, you can see the Chefs making the Soba noodles. Please refer to my photos of the menu. Their handmade noodles are very good, you can order it...More

I came here after a friend’s advice. It was such a beautiful discovery. You can see them making soba and it’s something magical. The taste was delicious. As well for the Tempura. I really recommend this place if you wanna try something typical in Japan.

We ate here twice and loved it. Their Soba is great, you can have it hot or cold. The tempura is fantastic here as well. The atmosphere is really nice inside, has an old school Japanese vibe to it. Service is friendly and efficient. Go...More

Food was great. Had the soba-tempura and soba-sashimi sets. Was plenty, especially since they come with rice. Added on Ala carte sashimi, but that wasn't great... Not their specialty, I suppose... All in all, 8000+ yen, so a bit expensive....

Service was excellent and staff so friendly. Prices are a little high for what you get but that’s the only negative. Not too vegetarian friendly but good if you eat seafood. The welcoming nature of the staff was a real pleasure.

Had a great time here! We were seated in a corner with view on the street: very cosy. The service was good and fast (had something to do with an expected typhoon that evening) and the food was great. I very much enjoyed the menu...More
