The food is really good. I went here expecting Italian and got French. My wine was Italian though. Either way it was very good and more than I ever expect out of "Japanese Italian". The rum raisin ice cream was a delight.

The food is good, the stock of wine/water/burata is very low! We ate well, the price is acceptable, but not cheap. My sirloin steak was incredible.

Good place to go for a break from the local fare. Good Italian wines. Try to Cusumano Nero D'Avola for a nice red. We tried the procusito and tiramisu.

We just had their lunch set 840 yen for a small salad with nice dressing, small bit of foccacia n then pasta dish. It was choice of tomato, tomato n cream or cream sauce with spagetti and then wither chicke or seafood. Tasted good and all freshly prepared. English was spoken n cutlery provided. Would recommend their lunch special.

Quite pleased with the food and service. Nice restraunt, located in a small upstairs setting. Food was delivered as ordered and hot. We had a pasta and 3 pizzas. By US standards the pizzas were small and light on toppings. They were more European in style. The crust on the pizzas was perfect and the pasta dish splendid as well.... More

We stumbled across this Italian whilst wandering around in Kyoto and were definitely not disappointed. The lack of reviews is a shame as this Italian is definitely worth trying. The service was very good and efficient. I was with my girlfriend and we both ordered pasta. She has a mushroom tagliatelle and I had a pork shoulder and Mediterranean vegetables... More
