Oct 12 After check-in to our Hotel La Gent Stay, we walked 7 min to this resto. We needed help from pedestrians to locate this third floor eatery. The place is very small -- we got a shoes-off tatami room table for six. Luckily it...had leg wells. English is difficult for the servers. One senior server had to help our server understand our orders. We ordered many skewers, eg, fried chix, gizzards, pork, and a salmon donburi. Altogether we two spent only 2800Y for a great feast. We walked back but it took longer than 7 min as we passed the point of turning off.More

Teste is very good. You can smoking in this restaurant. Friendly and helpful personnel but menu is only in Japanese.

Very good dishes, friendly and helpful personnel, menu only in Japanese and smoking allowed. Atmosphere is pleasant even though there are no windows. Mainly local people.
