Located near Tokyu department store on a basement with no obvious sign, so be prepared to spend some time finding it. I arrived at the restaurant at around 12:45pm, with about 12 people in queue. Waited for about 20 minutes to get into it. There...is a vending machine put outside and you have to buy the ticket first. The machine gives change. Very small inside, and every seat has to be taken, do not think you can occupy a 4-seat booth with only 2 people during busy time. You hand over the ticket to the lady and wait for a few minutes, the noodle will arrive. Ice water is put on the table and is self served. I ordered a miso ramen that came with 2 slices of pork belly. The noodle is very good, al dente, but to me the soup is a bit too strong, and need to drink a lot of water. I guess because of cold weather in Hokkaido, the soup tend to be more thick, sometimes even comes with a slice of butter. The ramen comes with a small portion of scramble egg. I downloaded a coupon and was given half of an onsen egg for free. Will visit again but drink less soup next time.More

We had an hour for lunch before our train was to depart and wanted to experience ramen in Sapporo. We settled on this establishment primarily due to its proximity to the train station. The stairway down to the basement is located on the southeast corner...of the intersection; we found a small sign pointing down to the basement at street level. We arrived right around 11:15 and encountered no line as they were just opening; we got in a few minutes before 11:30. They only have 6 counter seats and 2 four-person tables. By the time we were done, the line extended well down the hallway outside. You make your selection at the vending machine out front. Food was served promptly and the hot-steaming bowls of noodles were delicious.More

I was there today for lunch and no Q and I thought I was at the wrong Restaurant.After making several rounds around the building so I finally realised its the correct one. I paid my 2 bowls which was highly recommended via the vending machine.My...final conclusion of the Ramen “ no big deal” very salty and noodles was not cook to perfection.I complained to them . They just ignored me. Nop definetly not worth goingMore

The ramen on a cold winter night is a God send. The broth is thick and flavourful and the noodles were al-dente. It is not too expensive too.

Yes, there's a wait. Luckily it's indoors: the restaurant is in a basement area with other restaurants nearby. It's a smallish place but the line moves pretty quickly. And the ramen is some of the best I've ever had. Worth it!

Group of 9 (foreigners) waiting in line for restaurant. Restaurant across ramen shop complained about the “crowding” in the small hallway. The staff were rude and only targeted us to get closer to the wall when no line was established. And told 4 of our...friends to move to the back of the line. Kept telling us to move in when other people (Japanese/Asians) were doing the same thing and didn’t get warned like us. They weren’t apologetic or considerate while we were doing our best to stay in line with the limited amount of space in the small hallway. We didn’t get to try the food, eventually left, and went across the street to ramen republic which has 5 different ramen shops.More
