This is a lovely restaurant in Sapporo Park Hotel. Went there for tea. If you order tea or coffee you can have as many top ups as you want. We were there for three hours and had four top ups, works out much cheaper than any cafe and in such luxurious setting with a beautiful garden to look at. When... More
