Did not know what a hot pot was, but its a kind of meat/veggie fondue which sits in the middle of the table. You pick two flavors and then put everything in there to sizzle and get cooked. Nice place, very modern and very busy. We ate here 31 August 2016 and were the only foreigners. Its on the top... More

The meal is good, but what makes Haidilao the best is its wonderful service. After you've dined for 25 days in China, the smiles and "Ni-haos" from everyone you see makes you believe in mankind all over again. We arrived around 5:45 and were seated right away though we had expected to wait for hours. Our fabulous waitress tended lovingly... More

I have been to this restaurant a few time when I was in Xi'an. each every time was amazing. good food, good service. only thing I would say not that good is the ventilation system. after a meal in here I smell like hotpot all over.

A Singaporean friend introduce this restaurant to me. The success of this restaurant was because of its hospitality & comprehensive services. Attractions 1. Free manicure counter for customers. This was a gimmick. I was there 2 days in a row and the manicure counter always full of ladies. Minimum queuing time for each manicure is longer than getting the table.... More

This was my best HotPot experience ever! I have been traveling thru China for the past 10 years adn tried HotPot in many provinces. By far, this place serves the best of all. Service is neat too. Do I need to say more?

Came here for lunch on a Sunday. No reservation made and we were seated on one of the small, round, side tables for a short 10 minutes wait before being ushered to a proper hot pot table. From a cursory observation, it looked like we were the only non-Chinese there. We opted for a half-half / spicy+clear seafood broth. Both... More

I came with my family and friends. To make it short: a great experience, totally inexpensive for one of the best service I've ever had. Hot pot is great for a fun meal. Give it a try

The food was great and people were helpful. We were there for dinner and had a great time. We tried the tomato and seafood hot pots.

Had the recommendation by the local friend and it was indeed a bad choice we had made. Restaurant is full and noisy!! Have to raise the voice to talk to each other! Will not go back
