The layout out of the dining area is interesting. Service was fine and the standard reserve menu is in place. Location is great!

Having just been massively impressed by the TerraCotta warrior museum in tumultuous crowds & blazing sunshine we were both thirsty & hungry as we took the lengthy walk back to the Car parks & suddenly this was there. It’s Starbucks, so you know what you’re...going to get pricey but familiar cakes (we had heated chocolate croissants) & shared a latte. Fast service polite staff & fast food. Enough said.More

Located in a great area, close to the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. Service was good. Great views especially at night looking out at the Bell Tower

Can't beat it's location. While the latte was familiar the tea was thirst quenching. Various pastries made the experience very enjoyable.

We would recommend the Starbucks for every coffee lover. you will find plenty of coffee variety here. they offer other snacks like pastries and other sweet items. Please do try the coffee for sure as the taste and quality is awesome.

I just want iced tea! I explain. Put on my translator. Plain black iced tea. Chocolate croissant was lovely. Still can’t figure out iced tea with no bloomin fruit!

I didn’t want to visit this Starbucks because I remember how badly my wife was treated last time but it was so warm outside and we wanted a Frap so we decided to venture in again and give it another try. The service was very...nice this time, the servers spoke English and the drinks were great. It wasn’t even crowded this visit and perhaps that’s what made for better service or maybe the last person had gotten fired. In any case, I will come back to this store again in the future.More

I don't usually go to international franchises when I travel, but here we had no other option, because all other cafes opened at 10 am, too late for breakfast when there's so much to see! We were staying across the street, so location was perfect...too. It's like any other Starbucks, but this time it was a life saver.More

Great location, on the west street square, between the two towers. Staff not keeping up the expected service level, poor english. Quite crowded. The place needed a cleaning, especially the toilets.

This Starbucks is conveniently located and serves good coffee. This Starbucks has a western toilet but it was really dirty and smelled terrible.

We were craving our hazelnut Frappuccino and still looking for our Xi’An mug. It started raining and we were by the Drum Tower Square actually closer to the Bell Tower side and spotted a Starbucks. It seemed like such a perfect location and it was....However, as it started raining everyone ran inside and grabbed seats without ordering. We ordered our Fraps and finally found our Xi’An mugs. The cashier however was the rudest and loudest cashier I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. She was basically yelling at my wife. I told my wife to stop talking to her and I just started recording the conversation and asked for her name. The craziest thing is my wife is Chinese and it’s not like she was annoyed with us for not being able to communicate because my wife speaks Chinese. She said she didn’t have a name! I asked for her name because all of the other employees were wearing name tags but she wasn’t wearing one. I told her I would call corporate and show them the video, her rudeness and for her not giving her name and she then said her name was Vicky. After the incident, our marble pound cake was dry and the Fraps just weren’t right. My ham and cheese croissant was ok but if you’re looking for a friendly Starbucks, avoid the Bell Tower Starbucks at all cost.More

Good Coffee in China is like finding a car park in the middle of very busy and large cities around the world. So have a snack at Starbucks was like recharging the batteries after so long without decent coffee.

Having been a Starbucks lover for many years, I was really surprised and disappointed to find out they will not give you small change to use public transport unless you pay for an overpriced coffee. Starbucks, you might not care much, but you lost a...lifetime customer.More

Added a pit stop here when heading home from Moslem street and it was absolutely lovely. As always, great Frappuchinos! The staff was fast and efficient and they spoke English. The place was a bit crowded as it was afternoon but we managed to get...a clean table. Perfect place for a pit stop when you are inside the ring wall.More

I wouldn't normally review a Starbucks but when you're a long way from home occasionally you need a break from the exotic and a toilet you can sit on. This Starbucks provided both. It is nothing more or less than what you might expect,. Even...if your Mandarin isn't all that flash, and their English is on a par you can still make do pretty well because of the familarity of the menu and most of it is on display. Toilets are fine too. It is crowded but so is Xi'an!More
