I have been in Guangzhou almost 6 years now, and I still frequently visit Gail's every time I need a taste of home. I used to live across the street, and it was a perfect spot for their amazing weekend brunch. Even though I moved an hour away, I still come as often as possible. Their food is great, their... More

95 rmb for a two fried tortillas that are the size of a hotdog, which are wrap around a few pieces of chopped grilled chicken with nothing else inside. A fried tortilla containing dry chicken and a small spoon full of refried beans and guacamole that are placed on lettuce for presentation. This is the worst attempt at this Mexican... More

Disregard all of the old photos and map directions. That's for their old location but they've moved a street over. Check out the photos I've posted. The screenshot shows the old location in the red pin and the purple pin is where the new location is. Just a few shops down from Starbucks. I had a difficult time locating this... More

Nice place for American food. Not expensive and nicer than average pub food. Good sized portion of ribs and two sides came to RMB168 and the booze was cheap. Tiger beer was only RMB20 a pint and Jack and Cole RMB28. They can do with a better sound system and the place needs a bit more atmosphere. I'm a happy... More

Went to Gail's for a Birthday dinner with my wife and 3 year old son. The menu was huge and had lots of diversity. The girls that served us were very good too, very quick and attentive. (We had Lily and Jenny for servers) They even gave our son a kids toy to play with while we were there. I... More

Compare to all "American" restaurant in Guangzhou this one is not that bad. Burgers are good, steaks are good, the philly cheesesteak needs improvement but other than that staff are friendly.

We called ahead for a party of 16 and we had no problem making a reservation and the table was waiting when we got there. We are teachers and they gave us a 30 percent discount on our meal. A wide selection on the menu. The food was well prepared. I am an expat that has lived in China for... More

The staff is always so happy. I've lived in Gz for 10 years and use to regularly go to their old location near panyu as well as their Gz location. The prices are a little steep but it's perfect American style food. I'm a sucker for the cheese sandwich, simple yet delicious. The Mediterranean chicken however is my all time... More

Gail's offers good steak in Zhujiang New Town. Restaurant's atmosphere is American style. English is available to order. I will visit there when I want to take good steak.
