When I was here the first time I was suprised how small the place is, but it is very cozy even without windows and daylight. Poor service, overpriced but poor menu and so scarse wine list! Skopin wine restaurant is the only asylum in Novosibirsk. Very cosy, intimate (only 8 tables) place, real... More
