What a gem in the city center! A few days ago my husband and I came to this cosy restaurant for a romantic dinner for two. We ordered the lambs-rack and steak - with salad and French fries. I randomly found this great restaurant walking down the street. The service was amazing! Ask for Kirill. He guided me through the menu and helped me make the great selections. Duck tartare, perfectly cooked ribeye, bone marrow for dessert. I highly recommend!

We visited this twice during our stay in Saint Petersburg, for the simple reason that during our first meal we had two of the best steaks we had ever eaten. The sides, starters and deserts were also incredibly adventurous and flavoursome, mascarpone and mango and...porcini mushroom desert was an incredible experience for example. The only detraction from this restaurant has to be the variation in the staff. On the one hand, we had an extremely knowledgeable but bordering well into the 'pushy' waiter. However, his suggestions were excellent. On the second visit, our waitress seemed disinterested and had less interested in answering questions about the food. Overall though the cooking is superb and the restaurant is cosy.More

We dropped in without reservation and were lucky to find a spot. Their specialty is meat and specifically steak. Informative menus in English and Russian will guide you to the right choice. I went on a budget so had the cheapest steak option, flank, which...was really good and perfectly prepared. So I can only imagine what their ribeye must be like! They are pricy though, but well worth the money!More
