Self made sausages are really good and recommended and also the strudel. Pig knuckle is average, soft skin... Self made beer is also good. BUT: there were much more beers on the bill which we haven’t ordered! How can that be? Sorry guys, but please...More

Went on basis of being in lonely planet and our love of German food, yet the minute we walked we questioned why we were there. Service was shocking and we ordered the 1m sausage that looked barely cooked and didn't resemble anything German we have...More

Loved this place… great service, friendly staff and good food and drink. They put the football on for us and gave us a discount because it was my husband’s birthday. Really cozy bar with great borsch

I tried this restaurant only for business lunch (so far). It's quite good and fast for the price (290 rubles,~4 € for tea/juice, soup and main plate). If you are around is worthy to stop by.

We had some drinks here and a salad (even when the kitchen was actually closing!). The atmosphere is calm and nice.

Located right next to the main building of the St. Petersburg University, this cheerful place is a master of all trades. It positions itself as a brewery, which it is, but actually when it comes to that, it is one of the best reasonably priced...More

The food here is excellent and it is frequently by both locals and tourists, even the odd student. The interior is wood-dominated with a slightly medieval feel and located quite near St. Petersburg State University. The only thing that put us off with this restaurant...More
