Average to good restaurant on the 8th Floor with good views. Went here as part of a welcome dinner the night before catching the Golden Eagle train (Trans Siberian). Food and service were acceptable if not outstanding. Worth a visit for the view.
This is a nice retaurant not too far from the Hotel Hyundai. It had good food & wine and a nice view from the 8th floor. The bench seating was a little uncomfortable because you couldn't get close to the table.
