This wonderful restaurant of northern cuisine is located in the center of Moscow, at the very beginning of Pyatnitskaya Street, next to Ovchinikovskaya Embankment. Elegant restaurant design. Great service. Original decorated and very tasty dishes. A small but good wine list. Here, have a good...time.More

For our final night in Russia we decided to have something good but different and so selected Bjorn which was close to our hotel. It was quite a busy restaurant but with very good service by English speaking waiters. We had smorgasbord to start which...was excellent, followed by two fish dishes for our main course. We drank excellent beer. The food was beautifully presented and very tasty and the bill came to 6,500 roubles excluding service. And now comes my gripe, sparking water was 850 roubles (670cl) and ginger tea was 600 roubles. I would definitely come back to Bjorn but I would check the drink prices more carefully next time.More

This place came highly recommended by a friend who used to live in Moscow. Being Swedish, I was not sure I had to go, but we did and it did not disappoint. Some very unusual and delicious dishes, in a quieter neighborhood of Moscow. The...decor was simple Scandi style; very nice. The service was great. Highly recommended.More

I was at this restaurant for lunch and decided to try their "Tasters set" (3000 RUB) that consists of 7 small but tastiest dishes plus dessert: 1) Prawn with a mousse of pears and honey. 2) Bread with sea urchin caviar, pickled onions and corn...mousse. 3) Scallop with dried raspberry topping. Served with yogurt and Porphyra (seaweeds). 4) Mackerel with pickled apple. 5) Squid soup with fermented squid, sour cream and young onion shoots. 6) Squid with celery and mint. 7) Bread with smoked catfish, sour cream, parsnip, and black currant leaves. Dessert) Scoop of cloudberry mousse, yogurt, red caviar, and fennel. Every dish is a piece of art. Waiter describes each ingredient and that makes the food even tastier. Alongside with stylish hall, every lump of bread and every delicate slice of food makes this place ideal to enjoy your life.More

From start to finish, this was a truly memorable dining experience. The restaurant is cosy and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Our meal was exceptional and we enjoyed hearing about each dish from our waiter as it was served. The presentation of the...dishes was also excellent and added to the narrative of the dish. The quality of the ingredients of the food and drinks (amazing cocktails!) was very, very high. I look forward to visiting again!More

We bumped into the restaurant when walking the streets of Moscow and it's Nordic style swept us away. The staff was very kind and helpful. The prices were quite fair. The dishes were just perfect. Portions were small but just enough for women (2-3 courses...max.). I highly recommend Björn.More

I literally stumbled in without any research - it was on my way and wow! One of the best food surprises ever. The pate, bread, smoked venison and hygge pudding was divine, service warm and friendly and nice Belgian Beer on tap. Great establishment

The food is good but the manager of the restaurant is not nice at all. There are other places in Moscow with better food so just to look at interior is fine but don’t expect the best and be careful

we stumbled across this place by pure chance and it looked pretty busy, so we went in and what a great choice it was, we don't speak any Russian but the staff spoke enough English that we muddled through, we decided to eat all Russian...dishes as we were in Russia and the food was excellent, the portions were not huge but we had three courses and we needed them and we were full when we left, but it was the quality and taste of the food that we loved, the drinks weren't badly priced either, the atmosphere was great and we just felt very comfortable here, all in all I would highly recommend this placeMore

Stepping into Bjorn it feels like walking into a ski resot lodge, with the theme, employee attire and menu all working together in unison. The food was delicious and the drink options were fantastic. The clog was great and Buckwheat punch was an exceptional highlight....Visiting this restaurant at the end of winter in Russia added to the tip and was a real highlight as these options are not widely available in Australia. Overall this was my favorite restaurant that I visited in Russia and a definite must do.More
