Beautiful old building, incredible restaurant.....expensive but so worth it. Absolutely first class lunch: buckwheat pancakes with fine Beluga caviar, carpaccio of sea scallop and trout, washed down with a fine glass of Moët. Could not be better!!!!

Tips aren't necessary in Russia but I always do out of courtesy and appreciation for the service. The tip is not included in bill only VAT or taxes if any.
