We had a really lovely meal at the DADA, ordering delicious food from the menu on the advice of the waiter. I had heard Georgian food is good and found this to be very true! Great value for money too.
This was a recommended restaurant from a friend. I have recently been introduced to Georgian food. The recommended food was delicious, a great mix of dishes. I also loved the chilled & relaxed atmosphere. In alot of restaurants, you can feel the waiting staff waiting...for you to finish or wanting you to order more. Here is different! You feel you can be yourself & don't feel pressured to move on. We spent a good 3 hours here without a problem. I had the pleasure to meet the owner. He gave me an insight into Georgian food & lifestyle which was a real pleasure. I loved this place & would recommend this place to anyone & look forward to returning, when I return to Moscow. Thank you.More
Very good traditional soup as healthy and delecious. Hot brownie also recommended. The owner is very nice and active to service even he said that his English is not good.
thanx for being in Dada! was great to host you! do come again! and advice the spot to the nice people please.
Small café located on the ground floor of the large house. The modern interior contains many elements of modern art and decor. Twilight. Tables come with thick paper. At lunchtime they serve a business lunch The menu is small with a predominance of Georgian dishes....Hot and cold drinks, beer, fresh juices. The food is of excellent quality, fresh and tasty. Loved the khachapuri and Georgian fried cheese. Service is the weak point. The waiters are indifferent, if not to say unfriendly. When calculating asked to pay in cash, although the cafe takes cards and this choice should always remain with the visitors.More
hi guys! thanx for the nicest review! As a founder of DADA, I want to tell you that since the beginning I was working as a waiter and a bartender at the same time, and I tried to show my guests different kind of service...More
It was on the great reviews on TA we choose to come here to have dinner. We were a little disappointed that it was more like an internet café than a restaurant. It was dimly lit with candles and laptop screens but the food and...service was great though. I would recommend for a drink and a bite to eat but if your after a nice meal in a lovely restaurant setting, I would try somewhere else.More
hi! thanx! good food & free wifi rules! :)
Family of 4 ate here one morning as an alternative to breakfast at our hotel - only 5 minutes walk. Small menu but well presented and reasonable price.
thanx! come join us again!
Love this cool little place which is located 2 blocks from the mercure hotel where I was staying. Located in front of a small square. Great relaxed atmosphere of locals who come to have a chat and enjoy great food and wine. The big surprise...is that Dada cafe serves fabulous Georgian food. I was blown away! Loved their Phkali (little balls of spinach and nuts) and hachapuri (Georgian cheese bread with an egg in the middle). The menu is in Russian but with the help of the wonderful staff, they will show you pictures of the dishes from their iPhone.More
Happy to read this! come again to enjoy the time together! we call that Pkhali )
Came here based on TripAdvisor reviews and due to the vicinity to my hotel. My first meal was business lunch which consisted of a small salad, soup (I had borsch) and a small main course. Everything was really good and price was FANTASTIC (320 RUB...or about $5 at the time of this writing). Service was also very nice and everyone is very friendly. I came here three more times (so far) during my 4-day stay in the neighborhood. Every time I'm extremely please with the food quality and I've sampled all different foods including their apple strudel with ice cream which was absolutely delicious and even better than my Mom used to make. If you are in this area you owe it to yourself to visit this restaurant with high-quality food and very reasonable prices.More
cause it's my mom made that strudel! I will introduce you to each other next time! see you! and thanx for the review!
Subtly hip from the newsstand to the lavatory arrangements. Somewhat off the beaten track but totally worth the detour. Had a delicious Sunday brunch there with a good selection of dishes from the Caucasus plus some regular classics.
so happy to read this! thanx! come again!
