Well, the place itself seems to be very cozy. Yet the service is awful: the waiter first time smiled once we tipped him with no good reason, actually. He couldn't describe the dish and what was it stuffed with, the dishes were brought all at the same time so once we finished the salad and moved to the main dishes... More

Had a very nice dinner at Tiflisskiy. It is a beautiful and upscale restaurant nicely decorated with a large outdoor space for summer time. Food is authentic and delicious. I started with excellent spinach pkhali which are Georgian veggie balls - fresh and well spiced. Then had a good shish kebab accompanied by a cold eggplant salad which was well... More

Very cozy and cool restaurant. In the winter they have a ice rink you can use. The restaurant also offers kids entertainemt. Food is good, but not exceptional. Service not very attentive and must be better for a location like this.

Definitely on the expensive side; we went for several appetizers and mains to be shared and I can't fault a single one of them, although they lacked that bit of extra quality needed for 5*.

Very good food. Rather heavy. Nice location. Beautiful and cozy restaurant. A little expensive maybe. 4000rub a person. But still okay.

Lovely garden setting, extremely peaceful. Fantastic, fragrant food, and very knowledgable English speaking staff.

We enjoyed the scene and the food. The weather was great so we were able to eat outside in the large tented area. They spoke very little English so be prepared... but they tried and helped very much. Good bar and very good Georgian specialty food, very few tourists ( we were the only English speaking table) and good service.... More

This is a restaurant I have been going to for many years. It serves well-cooked Georgian food in a very pleasant setting. Staff is friendly and mostly knowledgeable. Most people don't know Georgian food but if you do get an opportunity it's well worth a try. Lots of vegetarian starters, fresh vegetables, bread and local Sulguni cheese dishes. Finish off... More

We enjoyed the grilled lamb and grilled vegetables. The day was hot so the overhead misters were a nice touch. Service is friendly and attentive. A most relaxing place to spend some time, have quiet conversation and enjoy the food. It is not cheap, but it is hard to find quality with low prices in Moscow. The concierge at our... More

Staying in Khamovniki

Neighborhood Profile
Khamovniki could be considered a city of its own – here it’s possible to find some of Moscow’s most important cultural institutions such as the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the Novodevichy Convent and Trubetskikh Estate, great sport locations such as Luzhniki stadium and aqua complex, and long and beautiful Luzhniki embankment. Pick your preferred form of transport to explore the area – bicycle or river cruise during the summer and taxi in winter as many of the great places are situated beyond a short walk.
