You must the Pho Bo with the steamed rice paper rolls then the next day go back like we did and have the prawn, squid and bean shoots in soy (a plate lickable dish) then we went back again for another prawn dish and OMG was it good. We travel the world for good food and this was the BEST... More

After a week in Moscow I was really craving Vietnamese food, and Viet Cafe was perfect! It was a little hard to find due to the construction, but the restaurant itself was very nice. The only negative for me was that their website advertised cocktails, but they only had beer. The food was quite good, and I would recommend it!

I was searching for affordable and good Vietnamese restaurant in Moscow, finding this one, located very convenient in the city center! Restaurant is at walking distance from Red Square! Food is great – authentic and fresh Viatnamese flavors!

After a week in Russia eating terrible food this place was a welcome relief. Our waitress spoke better English than us, was very attentive and even told us about a money off voucher to save us money on the bill! The food was good vietnamese: fresh, clean, tangy flavours. Both starter and main hit the spot. Close to Red Square... More

Excellent food at a reasonable price. Went there twice with my wife. In total, we ordered six dishes including those with meat and seafood. Every single one was excellent. The price for an entree ranges between 300-600p which is very reasonable given its location at central Moscow. It is located in a basement but it is decorated nicely with tropical... More

After a few days in Moscow this was a delight for the taste buds. The food is definitely good, and the place is like an oasis in the middle of a concrete block. The room, ambience and music are nice - don't be put off by the outside, it is worth going in. The prices are typical for Moscow, and... More

Lovely restaurant. Food was tasty and very authentic, approved by my Vietnamese wife. Friendly staff with some English. Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk too me back to my time in Vietnam. Great little stopoff to rest and eat.

A chain of inexpensive Vietnamese restaurants with good quality food and big portions. The interior is simple, which I guess allows them to keep reasonable prices. Sometimes overcrowded and the service can be slow.

The restaurant is ideally placed in the city center, few steps away from main streets, shops, theatres, but in a quiet sidestreet. It is underground, no windows, but atmosphere is relaxing and cosy. We always enjoy their live-music evenings, and Thai soup Tom-Yam is probably the best to be found in Moscow :)

The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Food is good. The business lunch menu is a great value. That is why I go at least once a month.

Staying in Tverskaya

Neighborhood Profile
Tverskaya
Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
