The restaurant is very nice decorated with old traditional Romanian objects. Even the furniture has that old style. The food is very good, and most of it is prepared into a typical Romanian style. The personnel is nice and will help you with information regarding food whenever you need some.

We found this place by recommendation. They have a nice daily menu, traditional food, with 3 choices for each dish. Portions are just right (hate big portions which always stick to my belly :P), price is good. Serving is quick and efficient. It's not a pretentious place, just for a chill lunch break.

We had as the main course the "Zamă de fasole with ciolan afumat" and "Zamă de vită". Both of the soups were great. On the second course we had "Pui cu ciuperci" and "Tigaie iute", very, very tasty with plenty food on the plates. The salads were also very good (cabbage salad and beet salad). Not expensive overall. Pleasant atmosphere... More

It was one of my favourite culinary experiences in Romania so far. Tried ciorba de fasole, sarmale (similar to polish 'gołąbki' but smaller) and papanasi as a dessert, which tastes exactly as it looks like. It is sweet, wonderful and has thousands of calories, but it is totally worth it. Service was great, I can recommend this restarurant to anyone.

After 40 minutes waiting for the main course "gulash" we received a very small dish composed by 4 small pieces of meet (70gg max) and a spool of sauce. After we complained with the waiter, she asked to order another main course. Reading the reviews and comments from other tripadvisor travellers we discovered we shared the same experience of other... We had to wait a long time, and as reward we received very small and expensive dishes of a questionable Gulash. They insisted to sell us more food but we decided to quit. The waitress was kind but it was evident that she wanted to take advantage of us as foreigners and wanted to sell multiple dishes. We spent 50... More
