Thank you for dropping by our airport departure lounge kiosk and for trying our lechon. You are correct, the airport prices are significantly above those outside (we have a store just 1-2 minutes away from the airport) due to the rents/percentages charged by the airport....More

We regret that you did not have a totally satisfactory experience at Zubuchon lechon. Our lechon specifically states that we don't use MSG, an ingredient that is very common and is used in amounts of up to 1 or 1.5 cups in other versions of...More

Its very expensive and their lechon is not the real Cebu lechon, its a bland and more like a tagalog version of Cebu lechon. You need to have a gravy/sauce to taste and that is a big NO for Cebuanos. If you want to try...More

What, pray tell, is a "real cebu lechon"? One made with 1-1.5 cups of MSG in the stomach rather than abundance of natural and local ingredients? Lechons have been cooked in Cebu for at least 5 centuries, and MSG has only become a readily available...More

Closing times vary by branch. Most of them close at 10pm, however our Marina branch closes at 11pm and our airport branch in Cebu is open 24 hours a day.

We serve roast pork as the main dish, with nearly three dozen other Filipino dishes that are either include roast pork or are pork-free complementary dishes. We offer an extensive seafood menu in three of our restaurants as well as many vegetable dishes and natural local fruit shakes. This is the roast pork that Chef and TV Host Anthony Bourdain declared as "The Best Pig, Ever!" On his No Reservations episode on the Philippines. For a taste of Filipino cuisine, in clean, bright comfortable surroundings, visit us at any of our branches in Cebu.
