The restaurant offers genuine local delicacies -- both Cebuano and Filipino meals in general. While some of their items are really recommendable, most of their selection fall in the average-tier. Still a good try but, a worthy runner-up to my personal top choice that is Hukad.

Brunch of croissants, mass at Basilica of Sto Nino and grooming at a barber shop made us crave for Filipino comfort food for our late lunch. Where else at Ayala Mall than at Cafe Laguna - except it was being renovated. We crossed towards the other end of the Terraces and enjoyed our meal at Laguna Garden Cafe, its sister... More

We visited the SM City branch for our Saturday lunch. Casual dining with a good selection on the menu. Service- Good. Food - Tasty and we'll priced. Lapu Lapu (parrot fish) recommended. Pandan Tea nice. Dislike- All dishes come out at different times, appears to be the common theme in Philippines. All meals should be at one time, other than... More

Cebu is such a foodie paradise and we tried this one 3 years ago. Went there again the past CNY and what a memorable treat. Like eating in an Auntie's place and feel the homey and coziness of the whole lunch. Located in a shopping mall, easily find but a bit pricy though.

I ate here with my Filipina partner as she wanted me to try some of the local dishes I'd not eaten so far in my travels. I enjoyed it but wouldn't know if it was good or bad,she however is very fussy and pronounced it very good quality.Staff were very efficient and helpful and something a few local businesses could... Last visit August 2016. Been here several times for dessert. This is a favorite restaurant of my brother's family. Located in Ayala Mall Cebu in the activity center, it is convenient to go there. I normally go there for dessert and I really like their native dessert delicacies and drinks. Service is OK. Ambiance is average for a mall restaurant.... More

Ordered from merienda menu. Palabok was uninspired , diniguan tasted stale . Watermelon juice was fresh and was the only thing good we had.

The Cafe Laguna is an acceptable place to try Filipino cuisine. The food was nothing special and the service average. I ate here with a couple of friends and everyone was satisfied. The portions are very large so you get good value for your money

When in Cebu, dining in Cafe Laguna is a must. The consistency of the food has remained throughout the years. Best of all you will be surprised at how reasonable your final bill will be after treating a staff of 15 people.
