I and my sister decided to dine into this place, after we were seated, we literally waited for like 10 minutes for someone to entertain us and get our orders, I think we would not be entertained if we didn't called their attention. After eating, we asked for the bill. Then again, we called their attention to entertain us. We... More

Comfort food! Great value for your money. A must try when you are in Cebu. Personal favorites are: Quail egg Siomai, sweet & sour pork, garlic pork spare ribs, fried wanton and especially their famous Steamed rice!!!

We go there for the chicken feet, The best in all Cebu. Everything we had there is very good, but the chicken feet are outstanding

We ordered fried rice, garlic spareribs, siomai, shrimp balls, birds nest soup, hakao, sweet and sour pork and chicken feet. The taste are ok to great but problem is that the food are not hot anymore. Some are already hard to eat and dried out. But overall, its a better dimsum restaurant than to what i had before.

Another gem in Ayala Center Cebu is Harbour City and we always manage to have our first lunch each time we come for business. The restaurant is in a new area of the mall but still on the 3rd level and it has not failed to make our stomachs happy. Dimsum galore and the rice dishes are mouth watering. They... More

Yummy, affordable. The quality of food has not changed through the years. My favorites are steamed fried rice, siomai and springrolls.

Everything is delicious here especially the rice pots. The food tastes great. Service is definitely not fast paced so pack a little patience and casually remind yourself you are in the Philippines. Just enjoy the flavourful food and pace slowly don't rush.

The food is really good here. This is my favorite dimsum place in Cebu. Sadly though, the service was really wanting. I had to call their waiters several times and have to remind them several times about our orders before we finally get what we wanted.

There's no place in the Philippines where I can have steamed friend rice. It's unique and no trip to Cebu is complete without going here. The dimsum is also great and reasonably priced. I love their carts going around like when was a kid. Although the sweet and sour pork is tasty, it's a bit tough to eat. The house... More

nothing too special. not bad for inexpensive and ready to eat food, with reliable standbys like sweet & sour pork, siomai and empress rolls. not sure what the difference is between Harbor City and their sister fast food called Dimsum Break--i found the food near identical, only ambiance differed as Harbor City had waiters with carts going around the resto,...
